Albany is a luxury resort community located on the western end of New Providence. The design objective was to create a residential building with bespoke apartments that redefine modern luxury. We envisioned a playful and unique experience, tailored to individual dreams and fantasies. Our approach involved offering a variety of custom-designed apartments within one building, including two-level "duplex" units with panoramic marina views and double-height spaces.

All apartments feature daring cantilevered pool lounges extending beyond the building's edge, providing uninterrupted 180-degree views. Additional bespoke features such as outdoor foyers, unique vestibules, rooftop pools, and summer kitchens contribute to the diverse character and distinct experiences offered by Tetris, the architectural gem at Albany.
